According to John Rutledge Director of ALA in Lake Arrowhead who manage the lake it is full! They are opening the control gares to allow some run off through Willow Creek down to Hesperia and the Mojave Watershed. Current lake levels are 5,107.03 and a brisk temp of 41.7 degrees. Having the lake full this early in the season will assure an awesome Summer for all and much needed water to the low land communities
